Yo.. K crap Man utd lost 3-0 to chelsea... and rooney got some injury.. totally insane... Chelsea is such an arrogant crap team that i kind of resent... when arsenal or liverpool win stuff i dun really like it either, but then at least they dun boast like there's no tomorrow, and dun cheat by having an infinite sum of money to spend on players, resulting in them being entirely financially unsustainable as an club...

I know a few chaps who started supporting chelsea simply becos they are winning now... its quite dumb especially when they start laughing untrue claims like how man utd is lousy and rooney sucks... someone juz told me this : "I AM SUPPORTING CHELSEA NEXT SEASON"..which doesnt make any sense unless they support bad losers...

school life is heating up as usual this time of the year... theres the usual concerts to attend, matches to watch, lecture/review tests to study for, half days to slack, and days before june when ppl actually think they are going to have a great holiday.. (until they discover that common tests are immediately after june) ... lol but this year its common test for year 2s, not mid years, so more slack....haha...

btw did i mention that its definitely a bit more stressful now? and i feel a bit unusual now that i dun have to train everyday... im juz running 3-4 times a week now...training is quite different now... since season is over..

Ok la so i guess for this week or so, ill study for chem lecture test, watch movies, cut hair, and do some conditioning a bit before NAPFA test which is the monday after labour day...

Ive considered the fact that since we are going NS, us guys have to do all 5 items plus 2.4 on the same day... im wondering if i shd relax on some items to conserve energy for 2.4km...

k here are my targets for this years NAPFA..

Pull ups: 10 or 14 (depending if i push myself or conserve energy..)
Sit and reach: 52cm (well i guess this one is just like taking height and weight)
Standing Broad Jump: 255cm (realised i have to work on executing jumps properly)
Sit-Ups: 46 or 56 (i dun think i will chiong this one though..waste energy)
Shuttle Run: 9.0s (i guess ill try not to trip or slide and run straight)
2.4 km: 8:15 mins (this is the final item for the day and i muz not anyhow)

Ok i guess thats about it for now... Ill either go watch the pianist now, or play winning eleven.. cya.
