Tuesday, March 29, 2005 Yo... sometimes things are best left unexplained...ya... ok that was the stuff that i tot of... anyway today was quite a cool long day... btw everyone is mugging so im a bit weedish now... still doing Sigma notation while ppl are doing Binomial Extra practice... lol... i juz checked out the yearbook... zarirnaziz looks like the farhan(soccer one not band one) type of person... ya.... not exactly the ideal mentee but i guess thats how it is.... i msged Mrs low with a happy tone... wonder what she will say.. Ok anyway today got 3rd period PE... it was quite fun to train fitness.... and do some pull ups... im feeling quite happy that im able to do 6 pull ups now... was wondering when the day would come when i could do them... its quite a fulfilling moment... at least now can get gold... well thats a start... listened to my new CD i burned on the way back... all the sad keane songs... had to walk back alone home... after that had to walk to anglican high in the dark to collect dinner... but the kitchen at the hostel there was locked... seems like everyone went off... so had to walk back... passed by about 10 cats staring at me on the way... tomorrow will be the day they reveal the 22nd batch of instructors for ODAC... wont be surprised if im not in cos i sort of said i was not interested... and my GIs think im mad.... especially zhiyang... my grp wasnt too happy about my large appetite during meals in the camp too.. confirm they wrote something like " selfish and slack" under the flaws column of personal evaluation form.... well...and i flunked the written test... and the kayaking was a bit weedish... haha... pity i have to miss photog tomorrow... HELP I KANNA MISS... ok i shd go review the songs to put in my thumbdrive so leonard can add them to his library of songs.... Friday, March 25, 2005 Yo... Oh ya i juz realised that many things change when u dun look.... its like perspectives and opinions shift... after time... about systems, about ppl i cant explain cos its t oo open and free here... Oh ya juz now was reading liesel's blog... got quite a cool ending to it... later im meeting luke and BT to watch spongebob... We might as well be strangers! ( keane) oh ya anyway im beginning to miss stuff too... missing the 2 months i had in VJ earlier... missing the ignorance...the freedom...the slacking... the determination... and the ppl... Ill catch on with everyone soon k! Wednesday, March 23, 2005 Yo... oh ya yesterday we had JAE... Kaisheng msged me early in the morning at 7 45 to check... and phew i got VJ! so it was joyous.. and went cycling.. and some farewell class dinner at suntec... where i met dharma haha.... we ate in open air at the sky garden thingy.. and got some truth or dare game... btw i have some cough... which is quite pesky.. ok this morning me and jon saw madelyn and kaisheng getting off 31 at TJ... a bit sad... usually see him going Vj... ya somtimes i wonder bout lots of stuff...like how come liesel is so pro but cannot stay in VJ... Its the question that drives us. this morning i had some stress btw... besides seeing BT, HS, Joel, seng wai and the whole world, i had to take mug shots for all the 2nd intakers... messed up some of the photo numbers. lucky i noticed my mistakes in time... made about 3 critical errors... like total face swapping... Orientation 2 wasnt the funnest thing.... a bit sian actually.... but when the cheers came i suddenly started cheering like some dog and jumping around... tomorrow got some World Tour ( amazing race)... ill be taking photos i guess.... hopefully i have a rough guideline of what to do exactly... like the whole place is a bit big... quite a few ppl went to see off reynard i think.. for me i have to stay at home and rest... rest is the key to recovery. Oh ya today was the 2nd day of our kayaking... haha... it was quite fun... can capsize tonnes of times and do swimming... me and LLG did some swimming after kayaks and paddles in the situational test...ben and ZY were lifting up kayaks...feeling quite tired now...wondering why... juz now did the assignment for tutorial 2.2... only did the assignment cos a bit lazy to do the whole tutorial... discovered i haven done a single academic related stuff this whole holidays.... spent mon, tues, wed at OLC.... thurs and friday doing BBQ and watching hitch and pooling.. saturday and sunday having kayaking... quite fun... become some member of a club... dunno why i still can remember the sick taste of the seawater i drank up... ok tomorrow gt PE i muz remember to bring PE shirt.. Ok off to sleep now though its 10 o clock... bb.. Wednesday, March 16, 2005 Yo... I juz came back from OLC.... great camp... hated it during the camp.. but loved it at the end... dunno why... haha.... anyway its supposed to be a bit tiring.. wallked for about 40 km from 10am to 7pm in ubin for 12 checkpoints..(my team were champs) ya and then we had some amazing race on the 2nd day.. haha it was a bit slacker.... can take bus and slack in air con like free... went from pasir ris to bedok to suntec to fort canning to kallang to changi... haha... we had to run back... Blizzard were pros but we fell back at the last part... i shouted "come on blizzard" until no voice...so 2nd instead of first.. and 3rd day was the worst day of the month... only the sea ex was horrible though... agony... i dunno how to express the fatigue and pain.... but ill tell u personally if u ask me on MSN...here got too many ppl watching... btw blizzard was 2nd for sea ex haha... lucky they nvr take my position into acct becos of certain external factors.. then after canoeing from changi to kallang and back to changi ( it was open deck and big and heavy canoe) we were naturally tired... for me especially... then we had cross country of 4.8 in the evening... cant believe that the instructor in front managed to push the 2 leading boys to keep up the blistering pace,... i had to run like some dog juz to get within 20m of them in the last stretch.... Kim pong, some insanely fit instructor was screaming at me 'COME ON" so i sprinted for about 1km....all instructors are insanely fit anyway.... ya so i almost fainted after the run... my head and vision was spinning like mad for 5 mins... couldnt look straight.. i went to the canteen to hide.... Blizzard got 2nd overall for X country. so now i conclude blizzard rules. oh ya anyway we climbed kota tinggi... took about 4 hours... it was a route to the plateau on the summit that VJ ODAC Exclusively uses... nobody ever goes there every year but them... once a year... for OLC... the route was a bit dangerous.... but i loved it the best....it rox.. actually lost my footing and flew down the cliff haha... but i caught a strong tree juz before i dropped.... everyone was surprised that i was laughing instead of getting scared....but it wasfun... somethings rock. I must have sang and started cheers about 100 times in blizzard in total for all the 5 days... i juz losing my voice today... but our team spirit is 2nd haha! yeah! today i woke up at 7 40... was thinking about getting a bright start to the day... but i sort of felt the effects of wobbling and legs didnt feel like mine... so i ate breakfast before sleeping from 8 30 to 9 30... now im feeling dam awake.... my first nap this year... later im going to liesel's house.. im contemplating when to go.. and what to do.. i have something against food preparations.. i wonder why... oh ya and i shall bring along my thumbdrive to kop songs from liesel's com... Wednesday, March 09, 2005 Yo... HAHA i juz heard news that NO MORE PEARLS / CCA points counted to university admission criteria.... such joyous news... i can hear the bells of freedom ringing in the distance... YES. Yup... Oh ya i heard some stuff at BK which i cannot reveal cos im bound by the secret... ill tell u if u're not involved though....(which means all victorians/and most ppl) Weed.... Ya going for the ODAC camp soon...OLC.... i can be joyous if CCA points are not counted... then can go there have fun...Ya.... otherwise a bit siong/stressed... Tomorrow is basketball day... Ok ill be away from this saturday to wednesday.... then ill BE BACK... and ill be ready... Bring it on.. Saturday, March 05, 2005 Yo. today was victorians day... so we went to parkway, played pool... went to VS.. listened to some band... went to east coast... went bowling... JH, ZY, ben, Boontat, Victor, KLTY were with us... and sengwai for a short while.. Oh ya how come ppl like wenhao are shroud with indecision and questions...is it the choice that matters? or the basis on which the choice was made? I have come to terms.... with reality.... Will i hesitate? will i falter... Oh ya btw keane rox... and i played GB with joel today... we did 1v1s and tried out the long time mobiles like ice.... Keane rox.. Somewhere Only we know Friday, March 04, 2005 Yo... Grasp freedom with both hands... before u lose it... dun lose it.. Oh ya btw Today is friday...and tomorrow is Saturday,,,, its victorians day.... so us victorians shall gather together on this day... the victorian experience.... lets play pool and bowling anyway... im getting tired of the pop ups on my com now... every 5 mins a pop out about spyware comes out... say thanks Yup... btw U Rock. Wednesday, March 02, 2005 Yo... I juz realised that S17 is fierce... haha fierce sia almost everyone getting 6 or 7.... Oh ya... so Photog was sorting and sorting of photos... i decided that soon, ill have to get on with things... lots of things... lots of work... have to be done before i am properly settled... settled down.... Ya.... ODAC form muz remember to hand in tomorrow... ill add new links to the blog soon... Tuesday, March 01, 2005 Yo! haha so O levels... the critical day.. IS OVER... and we passed this day... it liberated us..i got 9 points.... Im happy.... tonnes of ppl overtook me.... but as long as i stay in VJ... that rox...haha the principal said can so im sure can... Yup.... the victorian journey has been extended.... im hoping Luke and JH are in with a shot too... Oh ya we went bowling at great world on monday after os... and we walked and talked like there was no tomorrow... we walked to ECP for no reason, took suntec shuttle bus by mistake.. ran around in the rain like dogs... and my bowling scores were 118 and 121.... hope that they can gradually increase... ben is some pro now... and HS is pro... see them play very fierce.. Oh ya today went to orchard.,. played tonnes of pool.... tonnes.... tonness... i dun think we will be playing pool the next time we go out haha... its enough for the time being... Yup.... But i dun mind... ate at NYDC and Jacksplace.. | ||
