Yo...

Oh ya so i juz came back from the SPH relay run at gombak... some super far place... and the VJ won A division guys title yay... basically went there to see the fierce 4X800m race... and it was super fierce..

k might as well describe the race since its fresh in my head... yuan hong had 3 watches in his hand to give split timings for each runner.. i had a camera ready to snap the moments in the race that matter... BANG! Some ACJC guy chionged in front... but farrell powered forward and gave Vj a good lead.. doing 2.04min..than nigel/chiaw peng sprinted off... in the 2nd round ee ghim began to kick, and it was super fierce at the end as ACJC crept closer like free.. but nigel held on with a 2.08min and ronghua flew off...ACJC kept as close as a dog for that whole leg, ronghua doing a 2.06min... then finally mathew and colin took off neck to neck.. it was quite mad as they sprinted the rounds in 1.59 or 2.00 min... both of them.. but mathew pulled 1m away from colin and won... ole...

Oh ya i was chatting with ben.. he's doing some 4X400 for TPJC... some fierce relay...wonder if he will pull off some magic tricks on raceday...

Ok we finally had STJ on saturday.... there wasnt exactly a big crowd, but i thk it was quite fine... weather was good too... in the morning i didnt run 16km to rest my shins... so i ran 8km followed by 3.2km...then bumped into elliot at bishan MRT...

played LAN and got trashed as usual... quite fun though... then went to sentosa.. Jolie, Elizabeth, Yuru, Shidah, Elliot, Alvin, Yongsheng, Xiangle, me were there... dunked (very slowly) a few times... then somehow they tried to dunk me... had to keep running around for 5 min but in the end got surrounded...played some captains ball and frisbee and monkey.. quite fun...

took a slow shower then went off to singapore again...erm in the end ended up at suntec... ate some pizzas and subway bread... it was quite noisy there due to some Superband event... but anyway i learn that some CO instruments can actually play proper music... like the dizi... sounded quite musical with Jay chou songs... Jolie also plays the dizi, like Xiangle... if got more dizis around then can duet la...

quite tired...

oh ya tomorrow got Bio SPA.. looks like SPAs are ending quite soon..Ole..

so thats it for this week i guess...ill go listen to "On fire" by switchfoot or "Halflife" by Duncan Sheik before i sleep... k..
