Yo... This is about the last week of Term 1... I guess after the common test i firmly had the idea of slacking in mind...

On monday i went to school to take photos for orientation 2 ppl and handle some stuff... Ok i just made a full stretch jump to kill a mosquito.. but i missed and landed on my bed instead.. K anyway Orientation 2 was as usual a failure... only the OGLs were present... which makes me wonder, if everyone was made an OGL, would everyone stay? My junior class ppl probally ponned like free too.. Jolie, my mortal, also ponned i thk..
after that i went for 8km run easy pace with leonard and wilbur... i warmed up for the rest of the week by whacking the final 2km though...after that wanted to K Box... Daphne was at parkway too but she was doing some other stuff... and Lik Khian did some Pang sehs so in the end we juz played pool...quite relaxing..

Then tuesday i had to really stick my head out for a 3.2km time trial, followed by intervals of 1.6 X 2....My first proper training with the team since recovery from injury... had to really push...

wednesday went to Turf city... did 4.8km as a warm up... i thk i need to stretch after my first 2km everyday... cos if not my foot would become stiff and pain... after that we did another 4.8km with 5 min sprints and 2 min breaks..

Thursday was some 400m time trial with Track and Field...for SPH championships.. had to miss a bit of Chem S lecture to go... ended up with 60 secs... and some milli seconds which i dunno cos my timer nvr tell me... checked the video and seems like my running posture at the end was that of a dying ape..Dunked Brian the giant into the pond... took 12 ppl to subdue him first... and his watch broke in the process... and tonnes of cuts were inflicted on him unfortunately... Emily took to the pond too.. and Nigel went in both ponds of the school...

The rest of the days were intervals and stuff...so feeling quite tired... K enough of training stuff... tmr will be one of the 4 rest days of the month... yay...

Oh ya lucky the STJ was changed to 25th march! cos tonnes of ppl couldnt make it this week.. like Leonard, Andy, Jon not free, with Xiangle and Lik and Me coming late... and joel was so insistent on having it this week no matter what! he just wanted to go thru the motions.. lucky we managed to convince him that it just couldnt work out this sat...

Ok today i did 16km at macritchie.. counted the monkeys... there were 14 on the road at upper pierce... 1 tried to attk me but i stamped the ground and it ran like a monkey...then there were 9 at lower pierce...1 on the lamppost...

ate apples, bananas, orange juice and nuts.. then went to the St Nicks funfair to support emily...sze ling and roxanne went swimming before coming.. so me, samuel, dex, farrell and sanjay slacked at macs at AMK central...
whao St nicks is a giant school... i saw Samantha, from my junior class there...and Angie also came over to join us at AMK before reaching St nicks.. priscilla was too sleepy to wake up..

Ok so the next thing i did was to decide to go for some birthday party or not... we spent around 45 min deciding over it... I didnt mind playing pool or going birthday party or anything actually... but in the end i went so as not to earn pang seh points.. it was organized by 2 SCGS girls..Jie zhen and some rynae or something person, for Nigel's birthday... heard some not so nice rumours about them from my adopted OG mates though... at raffles town club...some expensive place... i guess they speak in sing songish voices.. was probally the only year 2 there for most of the time too... a bit apish...
we didnt dunk nigel...

Ok thats about it... Tmr im going NUS open house with my sis and Tin yau in the afternoon after church...K lets make our moves... cya all..
