Yo...

There was some 100km Charity run(or wheel) by Dr William Tan, some superolympian, brain scientist person... he was a paralympian(some wrong spelling)..

So the sports teams had to go and run and support him that day.. on sunday... there was Kayaking,Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, Softball, cross country and track...it was quite a hot day so it was quite doggish...and need to keep running and resting throughout the day...probally ran about 30 rounds, including the last 10..

anyway it was quite tiring... so i went back.. then i ran too quickly up the stairs to my room... and injured my knee... some injury.. and i got standard chartered marathon coming up tomorrow.. hopefully can get better by then.. didnt run this whole week once...some sudden..

Yesterday i went to watch SAW 2... woot its some sick show.. but got some cool twist at the end... anyway the opening scene was cut a bit... probally becos of censorship... the guy had to cut out his eyeball with a scapel to retrieve a key behind it to save his life in 60 secs... anyway he gave up trying and got his head pierced with a dozen sharp stuff... quite sick...

the evil sadistic dude of the show is a dog...quite smart but mad..

i need to buy a game... choosing between FIFA manager, football manager, NFS Most wanted, Star Wars Battlefront 2... anyway apparently ben has every single game.. so he is going to lend me all of them.. think i muz pop by his house one of these days to get them.. maybe next week...
