Yo.. Oh ya the final week of OP has arrived.. yay finally can end this PW journey... its has been relatively crappy as most of the stuff is crapped out.. that would include " Insights and Reflections", which is actually graded...

later i muz practice my part of the OP a couple of times.. haven actually practiced my part yet.. and ive been getting below-par reviews from my CT and Chow Siew Fung.. seems like i need to improve on fluency.. maybe later ill go write and memorise a script.. then confirm will be fluent..

erm what else.. oh ya ive been chionging maple story a bit now.. now level 34... today i intend to reach 35.. some chiong.. now killing evil eyes at the evil eye cave.. resting while blogging...

its afternoon now.. in the morning i went for training again... seems like now my running is getting from bad to worse... cos of the long 50km milege each week.. seems like i haven recovered from each long run quickly enough.. especially all the matrichie runs.. quite mad..
so i dropped by 8 shuttles in a beep test i did today.. in general the rest improved.. haha... thk i juz need some nice rest...

Btw did u know that Man Utd trashed Chelsea 1-0! Finally they have picked themselves up.. now i hope they wil not anyhow for the rest of the season..
