Yo...

Oh ya this week was the PW/chinese week... basically i had chinese class from 8 to 10 everyday... followed by some PW at the concourse... my PW team started everyday at 8am onwards...

We got together the OP.. and did the first rehearsal on thursday.. doing another rehearsal next week... The OGL applicant results came out.. all the guys in class who interviewed got in.. so that means that next year only one guy (leng chuan) will be in class in the first few days... simeng was the only the girl to get in..

Ok so i had training at 2pm everyday too... i muz say that this week was quite tough training...first did a beep test on monday.. i got some 11.3... need to be 12 to join S league... and need to be 13 to be a top runner.. and 16 to be a korean footballer or Beckham...

immediately after the beep test, we went for a short 6km run... was quite out of breath by then... cos the beep test used up all my VO2 max... (wonder if it can be used up).. so i had to take 2 or 3 breaths to get oxygen in my lungs.. instead of 1...
then we got back.. then went to climb stairs at a nearby 25 storey HDB flat.. needed to climb 25 storeys in 3 .30 mins... and repeat 3 times... with a 1 min rest interval... 75 storeys was quite weedy...after that can say thanks.. totally..

then tuesday was recovery.. juz cycled for 45 mins then i went home to chiong maple..
wednesday we ran the typical 10km after drills... i feel that its the most fun run... ended up pacing with brian all the way... i thk the timing was 45.20 min...need to record it in some log book every week...

thursday was the apes.. got some interval training... quite insane.. firstly my anaerobic fitness isnt very fantastic.. and mr tan was watching like a dog... had to sprint 400m in 80s.. then 5 sprints of 800m in 2:50 mins each... and final sprint of 400m in 75s.. totally no meaning..
i dun think i met any of the timings other than the first one lol.. total..

ok quick i muz write finish this so i can go play maple...

today i juz went to swim 1.5km... followed by a 5km run... i muz say that swimmers are mad! i tried swimming freestyle for 100m then i realised cannot make it...no energy.. so had to use breaststroke for the rest... and joel says that VJ swimming usually does 4.5km of freestyle per training.. totally! after swimming juz wear some clothes over and start running.. a bit the dripping wet...

Oh ya k thats enough about running... anyway i may have juz had my last chinese lesson of my life today... after 10 years.. it has been quite a journey... doing my chinese AO on monday...

time to maple now.. tmr im not running 16km at macritchie becos i have to study chinese and do PW... and play maple.. and other games..
