Friday, October 28, 2005 Yo... Oh ya this week was the PW/chinese week... basically i had chinese class from 8 to 10 everyday... followed by some PW at the concourse... my PW team started everyday at 8am onwards... We got together the OP.. and did the first rehearsal on thursday.. doing another rehearsal next week... The OGL applicant results came out.. all the guys in class who interviewed got in.. so that means that next year only one guy (leng chuan) will be in class in the first few days... simeng was the only the girl to get in.. Ok so i had training at 2pm everyday too... i muz say that this week was quite tough training...first did a beep test on monday.. i got some 11.3... need to be 12 to join S league... and need to be 13 to be a top runner.. and 16 to be a korean footballer or Beckham... immediately after the beep test, we went for a short 6km run... was quite out of breath by then... cos the beep test used up all my VO2 max... (wonder if it can be used up).. so i had to take 2 or 3 breaths to get oxygen in my lungs.. instead of 1... then we got back.. then went to climb stairs at a nearby 25 storey HDB flat.. needed to climb 25 storeys in 3 .30 mins... and repeat 3 times... with a 1 min rest interval... 75 storeys was quite weedy...after that can say thanks.. totally.. then tuesday was recovery.. juz cycled for 45 mins then i went home to chiong maple.. wednesday we ran the typical 10km after drills... i feel that its the most fun run... ended up pacing with brian all the way... i thk the timing was 45.20 min...need to record it in some log book every week... thursday was the apes.. got some interval training... quite insane.. firstly my anaerobic fitness isnt very fantastic.. and mr tan was watching like a dog... had to sprint 400m in 80s.. then 5 sprints of 800m in 2:50 mins each... and final sprint of 400m in 75s.. totally no meaning.. i dun think i met any of the timings other than the first one lol.. total.. ok quick i muz write finish this so i can go play maple... today i juz went to swim 1.5km... followed by a 5km run... i muz say that swimmers are mad! i tried swimming freestyle for 100m then i realised cannot make it...no energy.. so had to use breaststroke for the rest... and joel says that VJ swimming usually does 4.5km of freestyle per training.. totally! after swimming juz wear some clothes over and start running.. a bit the dripping wet... Oh ya k thats enough about running... anyway i may have juz had my last chinese lesson of my life today... after 10 years.. it has been quite a journey... doing my chinese AO on monday... time to maple now.. tmr im not running 16km at macritchie becos i have to study chinese and do PW... and play maple.. and other games.. Thursday, October 20, 2005 Yo.. Oh ya so today is thursday.. Now im trying to install frozen throne on my com... it takes super long time.. more than an hour.. i decided to juz wait and give it a try.. then can practice Dota when necessary on it... Juz now liesel came over to my house... passed her some chinese notes and took some stuff for simeng.. Btw i decided that IVE HAD ENOUGH of chinese... muz quickly pass and end this on 31st Oct... aiya the pro team of Lik Khian, Leonard and Jon lost in a close battle with S16... who went on to become champs.. i guess when fierce ppl meet its always 50-50.. the girls team got 3rd i think... shd be... Ran 10km on monday wth the rest... it was quite a relaxing run until the end when the capt..dex did a bit of end burst.. kanna follow up... then tuesday did some PW stuff so i didnt run.. wednesday went to joels house to get that dota CDs... which haven worked yet i muz say... ran about 6km around the area in a drizzle... was a bit wet... today ran around 5km with 400m intervals in between... can say thanks the last 2 intervals i was totally anyhowed... a bit the out of breath.. i thk i shd run a standard 10 mins extra after training.. quite fun... Ok What shd i do now ah... Shd i train up my magician to become a pro.. or shd i juz slowly chiong my level 31 fighter... a bit slow though.... HOW... i keep interchanging like a weed... Oh ya i got my promo results back... a bit disappointed in physics.. Mrs tan said so too... some... k i got 63 for bio, 65 for chem, 62 for physics, 79 for maths, 62 for GP, and 50.5 for chinese... according to the VJ criteria, 65 and above is than considered B... anyhow.. so i got ABCC.. think ill probally take S papers for Maths and Chem.. My mum juz came in and suggested i study chinese... this is madness! k i go maple.. k bb.. Wednesday, October 12, 2005 Yo! Oh ya This week rocks...k after promos i went off to watch Corpse Bride.. some quite short movie.. with the class... then next day i went with ben and kenneth and we played some crazy speed pool.. totally insane... then on sunday went to marina square, met leonard and andy to pool and LAN some dota and CS.. lik khian was tired after some wild stay over... oh ya btw i finally found his blog.. maybe i shd link it soon... K then on monday went badminton.. saw xue jiao and xiangle at bus stop.. CO quite enthu got practice on monday already... then after played Dota on LAN.. quite fun.. Tuesday played soccer at marine parade.. then met up with photog for a short discussion.. then played some Dota again... joel taught me the art of Bone Fletcher... and i read and mugged a guide on CM....then xi wei and us, and the 2 TJ girls watched Some scary movie 2 at ka fai's house... some crazy show.. totally mad... and a bit sick at times.. k then wednesday went watch Goal with boon tat, jiahao, ZY, HS and junrong.. Benjamin lived up to his name as the pung sei king... totally suddenly msg me saying he not coming for some unknown reasons... and nvr pick up phone when i call a million times... junrong said he go home to sleep... some.. btw Goal was quite nice... some inspirational show.. makes everyone feel like they can become pros like Santiago... then we played pool and arcarde.. some.. dinner at Kenny rogers.. some familiar place... k so im here.. quite a good week i muz say.. going to be a bit busy with all the stuff like photog, rockclimbing, running, project work tmr... but hopefully got time to play... didnt manage to run everyday.. cos i did sports during the same period... and also got some tired legs at times.. ran about 2km at most at mandarin.. Oh ya and im not ready to do intensive arm sports like rockclimbing yet... need to slowly build up my arm to shape... I felt tired after doing 30 push ups! can say thks... k off to school.. yay.. btw maple 75%.. 25% to level 31.. Monday, October 10, 2005 Yo... Weed today i was wondering wad to do... then joel asked me to go play badminton in the hot 12pm sun.. suddenly... ben said that if i go i would lose.. lol... i was mapling some new character for mage for fun...since waiting for ZY... scared level up to 31.. Ya so ben the pro was rite... I got trashed by ji ling.. a few times over.. she also trashes me in bowling scores... some 200 plus score... and i got trashed playing dota with the rest.. and i got owned playing battlefield 2... whole day anyhow suicide by some tank... lol Oh ya so im back... decided to go read a guide on how to use crystal maiden properly.. so next time will not anyhow when i play..me, ka fai and jingyuan lost to 1 joel..some 3v1.. some pro.. ok now its time... ZHengyong is free weed! Ok so now its time to maple... im off to maple.. Friday, October 07, 2005 Yo... Oh Ya this blog is more than a year old already.. quite fast! AND PROMOS JUZ ENDED.. So im quite free now... feel like getting ben and kenneth to go play pool today... but wonder if they are free... plus after ZY ends his too... then wednesday got some 4C gathering... After promos celebrations were quite quiet... i did some running and colliding into ppl routine... than went to orchard to watch Corpse Bride.. quite nice but it was a bit short.. 1 hour 10 mins... Than walked around.. bought curry puff at the same place we bought our curry puffs after O levels... Than we went to paragon last year... And stayed at Kinokuniya to look at some books.. than went home to maple... Now level 30.. later im going to do the job advancement.. but realised now i cannot level up any further if i intend to do the PQ... so im stuck... K i muz remember to run. Sunday, October 02, 2005 Yo! Ok its time to blog.. After a long period of 12 days... Weed... K I finally finished tonnes of SPAs... totally nuts.. Bio skill A was quite free... and so were all the skills... hope i can get levels around 7-8... Then i suddenly realised that i was going parkway quite frequent... I remember exactly a year ago.. this was the time we went on those parkway marathons.. every single day... Then got those police and thief stuff.. oh ya so this year round things at parkway are quieter... juz go there and eat with Andy, leonard, Lik Khian, Jon, Xiangle and Minghwee... lunch and stuff... hmm we went on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and thursday... K... now im level 28 in maple... quite close to 2nd Job Advancement.. ill probally go play after blogging... wonder where... pig beach or ant tunnel? ZY is level 24... Jiahao is level 32 i thk... some fierce thief... Oh ya Zy likes to toy with his life when fighting lol... seems like some thrill when hunting down his pigs with less than 15 health... Yesterday i went running.. and suddenly felt more tired than usual when coming home... wonder why... maybe need to keep fit... Wonder wassup after PROMOS.. Shd be relatively freer... then can watch at least 10 movies... and chiong maple to some higher level.. and run a bit more.. and do stuff other than studying... K THE NEXT TIME I TAG PROMOS WILL BE OVER! YAY.. |
