yo!

ok so it was quite an eventful weekend... this week was juz another usual week in school..

and i tried to run more often nowadays... i ran 12km on sunday.. then monday decided to run another 12km after Physics SPA with Lik khian and jon... then tuesday i ran 8km with jeremy and lester... on wednesday i didnt run.. cos i went to ClimbAsia... its a bouldering place at farrer park there...

membership costed 20 bucks.. and the walls were quite interesting.. in fact i felt i improved when i went there on the 2nd time.. suddenly able to do all the routes on the 2nd floor...

then thursday i went for just some 5km around the track... sort of did some 400m sprinting intervals too... but i sort of malu myself at one point.. i was running 400m and was trying my best to sprint in the last 100m... then the hockey team decided to run a 100m sprint juz as i passed them... so they all thundered pass me... a bit sad...

erm on friday i had some mini prayer meeting... quite interesting.. then on saturday i went to festival of praise... it was a great time... came early at 4pm and tyco-ly met jeanette and sheela ( is it spelt ritely).. erm ya so i queued with them for 3 hours... quite fun... aileen and her sis eileen came slightly later so they were somewhere behind.. then leonard and dicky were quite far behind... i saw joanne, jun wen and chu ting again..

ya ok i did some short 1km run at night.. cos had to run from the bus stop back to the indoor stadium to meet my dad... didnt expect it to be long...

oh ya today ( sunday) was competition day... Climb On! was some bouldering festival thingy.. we got some T shirts... i started off well by completing 4 routes to earn 630 points at 11 30... decided to aim for 2000 points...cos there was a 700 point route which i realised i could do... when i was doing it...

i didnt warm up enough.. or at all... so i suffered... my arm suddenly snapped and i juz fell in pain... 3 hours later i tried to climb.. and it sort of strained again.. gave up climbing and juz sat around until 6pm.. so i only had 630 points... sad... now its still in pain..

well at least i learnt a lesson .. MUST WARM UP BY DOING PUSHUPS.. when doing overhangs... hope my arm heals by tomorrow so i can play pool...

weed.. i juz heard a lizard in my room make some croak..

i recieved some msg asking me to do bio prac by tmr... but i guess im not going to... madness to complete it before celebrations!!

ok i muz chat with gerry when she comes online.. i need to discuss something about RCC's objectives and stuff...
